The Advanced Real Estate Program is a highly intensive program offered in the Fall and Spring semesters, providing sophomores and juniors interested in real estate with general technical preparation through real-world application. Throughout the semester, students participate in workshops and weekly case studies hosted by upper-level students and advanced real estate professionals, conduct financial modeling, and more. These educational opportunities accumulate to an end-of-semester case study competition hosted by a real estate company.
